Health Guarantee
Buyer assume an obligation that the approximately 50% of the price amount as a deposit will be payed
to Seller in advance which will be deducted from the total purchase price with the payment of the
balance (the price of travel or other tests is not included in the purchase deposit). If tests are required for travel, the customer must send them together with the deposit. If, after sending the deposit, the buyer withdraws from the purchase for reasons beyond the seller's
control, the deposit will be forfeited.
The remainder of the full purchase price must be sent to the seller two weeks before travel (The remaining amount of the dog (another 50%) and the price of the trip).If the dog is already of travel age (3 months old +) at the time of booking, the full purchase price and the price of the tests, if necessary, must be paid at the time of booking. It is enough to pay the price of the trip 2-3 weeks before the trip. Except for some airlines (Turkish airline), where a trip can only be booked if the price of the trip has been paid in advance. This is non-refundable if the trip is canceled due to the buyer's fault. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your puppy after arrival, which can help the
new owner to cover any veterinary or other costs that may arise.
(It should be remembered that we adopted a living being, not a commodity! Neither man nor animal
can be perfectly flawless in the hope of reciprocal attention and love.)
The puppy is current on shots and deworming according to the age. Every effort has been made by
Seller to insure pup's health. If the buyer requests separate tests, then the price of the test is not refundable or the deposit paid until then will not be refunded, if the buyer therefore decides not to purchase, because the test result is not suitable for him (because in Hungary, only the patella screening is mandatory , everything else is done at the buyer's request). Puppy has been recently examined before the departure and appears fully
healthy.
Puppy is guaranteed for 6 months (after arriving to new owner ) against genetic defects only if the
following guidelines are followed exactly:
a) The Buyer must notify seller of any genetic defect immediately. If the buyer discloses the problem before notifying the seller, the warranty will be voided.
b) A written statement as to the genetic defect must be provided to us from Buyer's veterinarian.
c) A written second opinion from another veterinarian must be provided to us from Buyer.
d) The puppy must be picture must be shown of it and vet phone number,contact e-mail address must be provided.
e) The buyer must return the pedigree of the puppy.
f) After these guidelines are followed, if there is a genetic defect present we will provide a replacement
puppy of the same value, color and purchase price within 12 months.
The following conditions are covered by this guarantee:
Heart, pancreas, kidney defects of a severe, life threatening nature. (Imminent paralysis, heart problem
that is life threatening, chronic pancreatitis).
This guarantee does not cover: Cherry Eye, umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, loose hips, or any degree of hip dysplasia loose knees, infertility, allergies, bacterial infection of any kind, fungus, parasitic infection, respiratory infections, kennel cough, demodex, vaginal prolapse, rectal prolapse, tail abnormalities, cosmetic issues, Buyer's ignorance, neglect of incompetent veterinarians or mistreatment, any death for any reason if pup dies under anesthesia, spine disorders, as relevant professional research shows that this problem is mainly due to the shortnosed twisted-tailed breeds, which have a very high percentage (more than 95%), do not have a clearly identifiable selection program for filtering mature breeding dogs without symptoms,which can be used by responcible breeders in practice. (Mature dogs showing symptoms are clearly selected out from program before breeding!)

Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
It must be an indoor dog.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. No refunds in part or full will be given. Buyer is responsible for all the needed paper and transporting costs on the replacement puppy from Seller.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, or euthanized without Seller's permission.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
This guarantee is null and void if: The Buyer does not maintain preventative health care of the puppy/dog, including to inoculations, internal and external parasites and heartworm preventative medicine.
Buyer understands and agrees to these conditions of sale. This warranty is only intended for original owner and is not transferable
